Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to Kosmobox Ltd. to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and are dependent on the availability of the products. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to the product being out of stock, an error in pricing, or a problem identified with your payment or billing details.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and Kosmobox Ltd. for the purchase of the products is formed only when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Full payment for your order, including any applicable delivery charges, is required at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as specified on our checkout page. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This may occur if a product is unavailable, there are errors in the product description or pricing, there is an error in your order, or we are unable to process your payment. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.

All products shown on the Website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate, there may be occasions where a product is not available. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to either wait for the product to become available or receive a full refund.
